Mustafah is a middle aged man with graying black hair that curles at his temples. He has a black greased goatee that also curls in a similar fashion. He has deep heavyset brown eyes and pale white lips. He is only seen wearing a black tuxedo and carries around a brass cane.
 Mustafah uses an adnvanced form of weaponry which he stole from alien technology. It is a pistol the size of a magnum but with the power of an anti-tank rifle. When it fires, it makes no noise, and it is made out of a material which does not set off metal detectors. He carries twelve rounds at a time. Otherwise, he carries no weapons on his body. He also has his brass cane which has a video and audio recorder built in, a very useful thing in his line of buisiness. His tuxedo has a Personal Field he can acivate which will effectively delfect anything near him.
History
Mustafah is the embodiment of a good gone bad smart man. He used to be the top genetic researcher, Bill Eddison, at a secret researching lab in Washington. However, greed quickly overcame his want for fame. Upon the completion of a new experiment, genetically engineered organic machines, Mustafah sabotaged the programming of the machines and caused them to kill the entire research team. He later framed his own death and escaped into the unkown with the now completed organic machines. He changed his name and once again entered high society. He used the organic machines to start Vortech Inc. the world's lead genetic and biological research company. Secretly, however, Vortech Inc. was the center for the largest crime chain in the world, which has since been dubbed 'Mustafah.' Bill decided that it was only fitting that the leader of such an organization should have the name himself. Thus was the birth of Mustafah.
